Thank you for shopping at Ventura Racing Parts! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@venturaracingparts.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  • Once you have received your RA number, please securely package the item(s) you wish to return and include the RA number on the packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

4. Restocking Fee:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns. This fee covers processing and restocking expenses.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will

    process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please note that it may take 4-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

6. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
