Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a mandatory 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**NOTE** To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of the original receipt with the return.

Special orders, fuel system components, liquids, hazardous materials, electronics, products with missing components, items used/installed, or shipped/handled/packaged improperly by the customer or custom products cannot be returned or refunded. 

If you need to return an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. All returns are subject to inspection.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Order cancellation - If you decide to cancel your order for any reason before the order ships. You will be charged a 5% processing fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the account you originally used to purchase the merchandise.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. PLEASE Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

The customer is responsible for non-standard shipping charges such as special handling surcharges and oversize fees, truck freight fees, expedited shipping, hazardous materials charges, etc.
